The Montana Outdoor Expo is a trade show celebrating outdoor activities, wildlife conservation, and education. It's hosted by the Montana Outfitters and Guides Association and features a wide range of vendors, entertainment, and educational opportunities.
The expo is scheduled from March 27th to March 29nd, 2026, at the Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds in Helena, Montana.

Friday: Doors open at 3 PM, close at 6 PM.
Saturday: Doors open at 10 AM, close at 6 PM.
Sunday: Doors open at 10 AM, close at 4 PM.
Over 75+ vendor positions with products ranging from guns and gear to fishing equipment and outdoor apparel. Also premier outfitters and guides for booking in 2026 and beyond.
Educational sessions supported by MT Fish, Wildlife & Parks, and Forest Service.

Vendors can set up on Thursday, March 26th, from 8 AM until complete.
Vendors can start cleaning up at 4 PM on Sunday and have Monday morning to clear the venue.
