What are the operating hours?

  • Friday: Doors open at 3 PM, close at 6 PM.

  • Saturday: Doors open at 10 AM, close at 6 PM.

  • Sunday: Doors open at 10 AM, close at 4 PM.

What can attendees expect at the expo?

  • Over 70+ vendor positions with products ranging from guns and gear to fishing equipment and outdoor apparel. Also premier outfitters and guides for booking in 2026 and beyond.

  • Educational sessions supported by MT Fish, Wildlife & Parks, and Forest Service.

Is there a vendor setup schedule?

  • Vendors can set up on Thursday, March 28th, from 8 AM until complete.

  • Vendors can start cleaning up at 4 PM on Sunday and have Monday morning to clear the venue.

What special events are happening?

  • Major raffle to be announced! (DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN)

What is the purpose of the raffle?

All proceeds from the raffles support Big Hearts under the Big Sky, a nonprofit aiding veteran, children with terminal illnesses, and conservation education programs.

Can I bring my own gear to the expo?

Is there parking available?

Yes, the Lewis and Clark County Fairgrounds has over 2,000 parking spots with 40+ ADA parking at the entrance.
